TOMA's 18th Annual Convention

Join TOMA and TXACOFP at UNT-HSC (TCOM) for the 18th Annual Convention. Registration is now open for this year’s event, featuring timely sessions, practical takeaways and opportunities to engage with colleagues from across Texas osteopathic medicine. We will be hosting a reception on Friday night (August 7; details to be announced soon!), and breakfast/lunch will be provided on Saturday, August 8. 

Please note: This is a hybrid conference, with 15 total hours (8 in-person, 7 on-demand). After the event, you’ll have extended access to all session recordings through September 27.

Registration

Registration is now open for this summer's conference, which features timely sessions, practical takeaways and an exciting opportunity to engage with colleagues from across Texas osteopathic medicine.

Your registration unlocks 15 total CME hours. Attending live at UNT-TCOM will provide 8 engaging in-person hours. Every live session will be recorded and available on demand after the conference, along with 7 bonus on-demand hours. These on-demand sessions will be available through September 27. Be sure to complete your CME hours by that date—CME credits cannot be awarded after the deadline, and refunds will not available.

Hotel Recommendations

Because this year’s 18th Annual Convention will be held at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, TOMA will not be offering a hotel block.

To help with planning, a list of budget-friendly hotel options within two miles of the venue is provided below. Attendees are encouraged to contact each hotel directly for current pricing, availability and reservation details.


Call for Presentations

TOMA is accepting presentation proposals for the 18th Annual Convention, including both live presentations at TCOM in Fort Worth and self-recorded sessions for the conference’s on-demand program. Live presentation slots are limited, and submitting a recorded session offers an opportunity to participate without traveling to Fort Worth.

Strong proposals often focus on timely clinical issues, practical approaches to patient care, emerging topics in medicine or perspectives that help physicians navigate change in practice.

Nominations are now open for the 2026 TOMA Annual Awards, recognizing individuals whose leadership and service have made a meaningful impact on osteopathic medicine in Texas.
